PRODUCTS


All our fabric is sold using half yard units. If you need your fabric in meters, please be sure to convert using available online calculators.

The smallest cuts we offer off the bolt are half yards. We do also cut Fat Quarter Bundles, but do not sell Fat Quarters online. We do have have Fat Quarters available in-store.

A Fat Quarter is the same amount of fabric as a normal quarter yard cut but has different dimensions. A normal (or long) quarter yard cut is 9” x 43/44” and a fat quarter cut is 18” x 21/22.”

A Fat 8th is half of a fat quarter. It measures approximately 9” x 21/22.”

A Fat 16th is half of a fat 8th. It measures approximately 9” x 11.”

The smallest fabric we cut is a half yard.

Unfortunately, no, we cannot.  However we suggest signing up for our newsletter so that you are always informed of our promotions.  Please add our email address (orders@pinkdoorfabrics.com) to your contacts so that our emails don’t go into your spam folder.

All orders ship within 3-5 Business Days, unless the items are classified as PREORDER. If so, you will see PREORDER in the item title. Also, some quilt kits take an extra 1-2 days for processing as there may be a lot of fabrics to cut - these are specified in product descriptions.

We ship via USPS unless otherwise requested. USPS packages are currently arriving in 2-10 business days for domestic deliveries.

You can also choose to have your order shipped via UPS - these take 3-5 business days after order is shipped.

We do not currently offer this option but are considering it in the future. Stay tuned!

We are currently shipping in 3-5 business days, depending on current collection releases and store sales. Orders with PREORDER items will be held until all preorder items are in stock.

We totally get it - you're real excited for your order! If your order shows that it's scanned in, it's in good hands! That means it left our shop and is on it's way to you.

We have been asked but USPS/UPS to wait 14 days before initiating a claim or missing mail search. If your package is international, we're told to wait 45 days. We know this is a bummer!

If your package hasn't moved in more than 14 days, please let us know. We can keep an eye on it.

If your package hasn't arrived at all, you need to let us know immediately. We cannot file claims on orders that shipped over 90 days ago. You will be responsible for the loss of the package. If we file a claim, we cannot reship until a claim is approved. Thank you for understanding!

All orders ship within 3-5 Business Days, but we can send you an invoice for overnight shipping if you need it. If you're in a hurry, please email us first before placing your order and we can let you know how long it'll take for your order to ship.

We understand that sometimes INTL shipments can take much longer than expected. Unfortunately, we're told by our shipping reps at USPS and UPS to wait 4-6 weeks to allow delivery. Please do keep an eye on your package; if it's not moving outside of the US at all for 3-4 weeks, reach out to us via email (orders@pinkdoorfabrics.com) so we can look into it. It shouldn't be taking that long to leave the country.

Customs and duties are not included in your shipping costs. Please be aware of any custom charges that may be applicable to you order before ordering. We are not responsible for customs, or any other fees, associated with sending a package internationally.

We cannot mark a package as “gift” or declare a lower value on customs forms. It is our company policy to be truthful on all international declarations.

We wish there were more economical options for shipping internationally, but unfortunately, USPS is it. For example, a 12 oz letter/thin envelope (up to two yards of fabric) ships for about $16-22 with USPS (dependent on location of course). If we try to ship that same package via UPS, it's $110. FedEx charges $113 and DHL Express is $88. We really try to ship as economically as possible, but we are aware it's also the SLOWEST option. We utilize UPS Mail Innovations for some shipments and also Global E when possible, too. We can also ship UPS Worldwide Saver which is an option you can choose at checkout. If you need fabric within a specific time frame and are willing to pay the additional charges, contact us for a quote. We'd be happy to send you an invoice for the upcharge and ship with your preferred vendor when possible.

ADDRESS / PAYMENT CHANGES


No problem! If the order is already placed and pending shipment, please contact us by email (orders@pinkdoorfabrics.com) right away so we can change that for you. If you are changing the address on a subscription (i.e. Pink Door Box, Block of the Month), please see here for the steps on how to change your address.

We do not store payments unless you have a current subscription. We cannot bill your card unless it's associated with a current subscription. If you need to replace the card on file, login to your account, click on Manage My Subscriptions, and then click on Payment Methods.

PREORDERS


Pink Door Fabrics will offer preorders on our most desirable collections.You can find these fabric collections under our Coming Soon menu option.Placing a Preorder means you are reserving fabric by paying for a listing up-front, before Pink Door Fabrics receives this fabric in hand.Since Pink Door Fabrics does not have the fabric in hand at the time of the Preorder, please understand that we will ship all preorder fabrics immediately upon receiving Preorder fabrics.The estimated date of arrival is clearly noted in each preorder listing.Sometimes a manufacturer can experience delays or mis-shipments, and these situations are outside of our control.If for any reason there is an issue with your preorder (ie delays, missing piece, etc), we will contact you immediately to make you aware of the situation, and proceed to find a reasonable solution.Please know that all Preorder sales are final.Preorder sales cannot be canceled, altered, traded or combined with other orders.We appreciate your understanding.Please do not order IN STOCK items with your Preorder; place multiple orders if other items are needed ASAP.

In each product listing, you will see clear information on when to expect fabrics to arrive. These items are available to preorder and the arrival date is an estimation that is subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee ship dates, however, we can guarantee that we will ship your order within 48 hours of receiving the item.

All orders containing preorder items are held until every Preorder item has arrived. If you'd like your in-stock items to ship now, please place separate orders for all in-stock items and Preorder items. We will not ship them separately if you only placed one order.
